I found this gem today at a fancy sake shop in Oakland. Sparkling peach-flavored sake with the texture of a soft gelatin - delightful!
The jelly has to be broken up a bit by shaking the can before serving which is fun and exciting because you're not quite sure if the carbonation is going to make it spray everywhere when you open it. Ours did just a little.
